ORDINANCE NO.  28-15 – amending Section 135.05, Traffic Guards, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood in order to adapt the  Code to current needs of the City (placed on 1^st reading 9/8/15 and referred to Public Safety, placed on 2^nd reading 9/21/15)
