Applicant Daniel Margulies, Daniel Margulies Co., Inc. proposes the conversion of an existing two-family residential structure into a single-family structure and the installation of a fence behind the new home. The proposal includes the addition of an unroofed patio deck on the second-floor roof. The variances required for the unroofed patio deck were approved at the February BZA meeting. A variance request to place a fence in front of the building line on Graber (the rear of the home) was deferred and a new site plan has been submitted. The proposal requires an area variance.
