Applicants Nicolas and Christina LaPointe are homeowners proposing the demolition and rebuild of the existing side and front porches. The minimum required combined setback total is 15 feet in the R1H District. The proposal reduces the combined side yard setback total by 4 ft. The property is in the R1H, Single Family High Density Residential District.
Variance Request: Required minimum total of combined side yards is 15 feet. Proposal places side porchat 8 feet from side property line.
