Pre-Review Meetings start at 6:00 P.M.

Review Meetings will commence at 6:30 P.M.  You (or representative as designated in writing to the Secretary of the Board) MUST attend the review meeting in order for an application to receive review.

Applicant Mark Reinhold, Architect proposes the construction of a front porch addition.  Property is located in an R1H, Single-Family, High Density district.

 REQUEST FOR MODIFICATIONS

Applicant David Ellison of the D.H. Ellison Co. requests modifications to a proposed addition (attached garage) which extends in front of the established building line for the Clifton Boulevard frontage; approval was granted at the October 15, 2020 meeting.

Variance:  Principal buildings in the R1L district shall maintain the minimum yard requirements specified in Schedule 1121.07.  A variance for the extent of addition in front of the building line (as proposed) is requested pursuant to Schedule 1121.07 Minimum Yard Requirements (Ord. 91-95. Passed 10-7-1996).

Applicant and property owner Jessica Levine proposes the construction of a new garage.  Property is located in an R2, Single and Two-Family district.

Variance: Accessory structures in the R2 district shall not exceed 15 feet in height above grade.  The gable roof of the proposed garage provides a mean height of 17 feet.  A variance (2 feet, as proposed) is requested pursuant to Section 1123.05 Height Regulations (Ord. 91-95. Passed 10-7-1996).
