Variance:  The maximum height for fencing erected in front of the building line is 36 inches.  The proposed fencing design has a maximum height of 54.75 inches.  A variance of 18.75 inches, as proposed, is requested pursuant to Section 1153.02 – Fence Regulations (Ord. 91-95.
