Applicant, Charles McGettrick of Architects, C.A McGettrick LLC, for property owners Andrew Hyland and Michaela Steiner, proposes the demolition of the existing garage and the construction of a two-car garage and a rear addition. Property is located in the R1H – Residential Single-Family, High-Density District. (Page 2)

Variance 1: Request a variance to reduce the rear yard setback primary structure to 37.1 ft from the required 40 ft as proposed. Pursuant to Schedule 1121.07 – minimum yard requirements Rear Yard Depth 40 (feet) RIH single family (Ord. 91-95. Passed 10-7-1996.)
