RESOLUTION 2020-66 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing __________________ to the Planning Commission for the five year term beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2025. RESOLUTION 2020-61 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing three members and one non-voting Council representative to the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Transition Plan Task Force.
