*Administration review of how strategic priorities are reflected in the budget; discussion of criteria that Council may establish to evaluate budget proposals
ORDINANCE 43-15A – amending Ordinance No. 43-15, adopted December 21, 2015, authorizing and directing the City to advertise for bid and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder in accordance with the Administrative Code of the City of Lakewood for C.D.B.G. Fund Infrastructure Improvements in accordance with the administrative code of the City of Lakewood, contracts not to exceed the specified amounts shown without separate resolution of Council.
