RESOLUTION NO. 9066-19 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor as the Director of Public Safety or his designee to enter into a Vehicle Lease Agreement with the Lakewood Foundation to lease a 2019 Starcraft, Allstar 13-2 Shuttle Bus for $1.00 annually to be used by the Department of Human Services.
