The City of Lakewood will conduct a public hearing regarding the Cuyahoga Housing Consortium’s draft HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Substantial Amendment on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6pm in the Lakewood City Hall (12650 Detroit Avenue) Auditorium.
The proposed revision reallocates Lakewood’s $1,091,667 HOME-ARP allocation from Tenant Based Rental Assistance to Supportive Services which more effectively targets and addresses the specific, identified needs of the City’s low- and very low-income renter households at risk of homelessness.
