Bryce Sylvester, Senior City Planner, will present a communication of a proposed ordinance that would move the regulation of the location of family swimming pools from the Sanitary Code (Chapter 17) to the Zoning Code (Chapter 11). City Council referred this ordinance to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation.
