The Public Safety Committee will meet Monday, March 5, 2018 at 6:15 PM in the East Conference Room (adjacent to the Auditorium) of Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue.  The agenda is as follows:

RESOLUTION 8970-17 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an amended agreement with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF) which will allow police officers employed by the Cleveland Clinic Police Department to exercise limited police powers within the City of Lakewood on and around hospital property owned or operated by CCF.  (Pg. 125) (REFERRED DTO THE PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 12/4/17)
