RESOLUTION 9080-19 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor and Director of Law to enter into a purchase agreement with Emerald Light Investments, Ltd., an Ohio limited liability company, owner of the property located at 18100 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 311-17-013), and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the purchase and sale according to the terms of that agreement.
