ORDINANCE 10-2020 – AN ORDINANCE to take effect June 1, 2020 provided it received the vote of at least two-thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, amending Section 135.05(c), Traffic Guards, Rate of Pay; Exceptions, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood to allow to suspend salaries to Traffic Guards during an emergency where students are no longer attending classes in schools.
