RESOLUTION NO. 8862-16 – authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Lakewood, to enter into an agreement to accept approximately $400,000 from the Ohio Department of Transportation for the encapsulation of the sanitary sewer line over IR-90 just west of SR-237.
