Approval of the minutes of the April 5, 2021 Public Works & Sustainability Committee meeting.
RESOLUTION 2021-18 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or his designee to enter into Healthy Urban Tree Canopy Grant Program Project Agreement with Cuyahoga County to accept an award of $50,000 and requiring Lakewood’s previously budgeted $75,230 as a match. RESOLUTION 2021-15 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the City of Lakewood to enter into an agreement to accept Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (“NOPEC”) Energized Community Grant (“NEC Grant”). ORDINANCE 13-2021 – AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an amendment to the concession lease agreement with HELP Foundation, Inc. for the operation of food concessions at Lakewood Park, pursuant to Section 155.08 of the Codified Ordinances.
