RESOLUTION 2020-44 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, dedicating six (6) parcels (Exhibit A) currently owned by the City of Lakewood, Bernice Pyke Park on August 18th 2020, the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment. RESOLUTION 2020-42 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the City of Lakewood to enter into an agreement to accept Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) Energized Community Grant(s). RESOLUTION 2020-46 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the City of Lakewood to enter into an agreement to accept Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) Energized Community Grant(s). RESOLUTION 2020-48 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing an agreement between the City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio hereinafter referred to as the MUNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY.
