Approval of the minutes of the November 2, 2020 Public Works & Sustainability Committee meeting.

RESOLUTION 2020-75 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, approving the use of submerged lands for property located at and abutting 15100 Edgewater Drove, Lakewood, Ohio (a legal description of which is attached hereto as “Exhibit A” and Exhibit “B”), in order to permit the owners the opportunity to undertake the proposes shore structure. (Referred to PWS 12/7/20)

RESOLUTION 2020-76 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, approving the use of submerged lands for property located at and abutting 15106 Edgewater Drove, Lakewood, Ohio (a legal description of which is attached hereto as “Exhibit A” and Exhibit “B”), in order to permit the owners the opportunity to undertake the proposes shore structure. RESOLUTION 2020-76 RESOLUTION 2020-77– A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor and Director of Law to enter into a purchase agreement with Kathleen and Stephen Jouriles, owners of the property located at 12518 Clifton Boulevard, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 312-28-010), and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the purchase and sale according to the terms of that agreement. RESOLUTION 2021-01 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an a permanent utility easement agreement and temporary construction easement agreement with CHERI HARDT,  governing the rights of the parties relative to a parcel located at 1333 LAKELAND AVENUE, Lakewood, Ohio 44107 (PPN#311-33-004) which grants the City of Lakewood access to the parcel for construction and ongoing maintenance of utility lines for a payment of $11,750.00.
