A request by CASTO & North Pointe Realty for review and approval of a Preliminary Planned Development Plan to allow for a mixed-use development consisting of office, retail, commercial, and residential uses pursuant to Chapter 1156 – Planned Developments.

*** Note the purpose of this meeting is to introduce the project and no action will be taken on the request other than that necessary to continue the discussion at future meetings with the Planning Commission and Architectural Board of Review.
