Lakewood To Host Four Community Open Houses To Discuss The Health of Lakewood

As part of its Community Health Needs Assessment, the City of Lakewood will host four Community Open Houses in June. Come share your thoughts on the health of Lakewood.

The health of a city is determined by the people who live, work, and play there, and more than 60% of health is influenced by where you live. Help us learn more about the health of Lakewood by examining social determinants of health.
