Last night, Planning Commission and Architectural Board of Review held a joint meeting to introduce the Downtown Development and the Planned Development process. This was the first meeting with the Board and Commission for the several month approval process as outlined below.
Planned Development Approval Process
- Planning Commission reviews and approves plan for preliminary approval
- Architectural Board of Review begins review of site plan and elevations
- Planning Commission approves final development
- Architectural Board of Review approves site plan, elevations and materials
- City Council approves Final Planned Development
