On Monday, May 2nd, Lakewood City Council held their final Committee of the Whole meeting to discuss the proposed Downtown Development project. At the general meeting of Lakewood City Council later that evening, City Council unanimously passed a resolution authorizing final negotiation of a development agreement with CASTO for the redevelopment of the former Lakewood Hospital site under the Term Sheet.
